A ceremony to celebrate Leisha’s life will take place at 2 p.m. on Saturday 10^th June at St. Nicholas' Church, Chadlington.

Please join family and friends afterwards for refreshments at The Mill, Ascott-under-Wychwood, Chipping Norton, OX7 6AP where Leisha has been laid to rest and where we can all exchange memories of her.

By Train

Charlbury is the nearest train station. 

Arrival from Paddington Station, London is one minute past the hour, every hour. 

Departure to London is eleven minutes past the hour, every hour.

Last train back to London is 10pm.

Transfers

There will be a free shuttle bus service meeting the 1300  train from Charlbury station to the church; from the church to The Mill and from The Mill back to the station to catch the 1613 train.  It would be helpful to know if you plan to use this service to establish numbers.

By Car  -  There is on street parking available.

To avoid traffic at Jeremy Clarkson's farm shop, it is best to avoid coming from Chipping Norton. Instead go via Spelsbury or Chalbury.

Ceremony Format 

The ceremony will be conducted by the Revd. Mark Abrey.  After initial introduction and prayer the order of the service which will broadly follow a Quaker format observing silence within which anyone will be welcome to contribute when they feel ready to share their experiences of Leisha. The Vicar will conclude the service with words and prayer.

Dress Code  -  Smart casual  [Leisha loved colour]

Flowers

Leisha wouldn't want big lavish flower bouquets to go to waste so please refrain from sending / bringing these. If you are attending, please bring single flowers or small bunches of wildflowers. If you cannot attend and want to contribute, your donation is very welcome. Thank you.

Live-Stream + Recording

We are hoping that it will be possible to 'live-stream  Leisha’s service  from St Nicholas' Church, Chadlington on Saturday 10th June.  If everything goes to plan, we will start broadcasting at 1.50 pm ready for the service to begin at 2.00 pm.  It can be viewed with the following private link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r5UY3-rZwa0  

If the technology fails, a recording of the service will be uploaded immediately after the service has finished.
